Phase I is a comprehensive review of your existing lighting system including lighting inventory, watt use review, kW load review, daylight harvesting analysis, identification of energy-saving options, initial fixture options, energy comparison, rebate search, rebate projections, capital planning, financial analysis and more.
After the review, customers are presented with results and recommendations including before/after energy usage, and rebate comparisons in a clear format.
LuNex Lighting's fully insured and licensed technicians provide a wide-range of lighting system installations, upgrades, and retrofits. We manage all aspects of you project focusing on open, clear communications with our clients throughout the process to ensure your needs are being met. The safety of your tenant, and/or employees is of utmost importance to us which is why we implement an approved safety plan prior to starting the project.
At LuNex Lighting our job is not over once the instillation is complete. Our technicians will conduct our Phase IV Savings Documentation including a thorough review of the new or upgraded lighting systems and its performance.
